Anchor was proud to participate as a platinum sponsor for the Fourth Annual Warrior Family Beach Week. Operation SEA’s the Day is a beach week even in Bethany Beach, Delaware, for U.S. soldiers and veterans who are recovering from injuries sustained while serving our country. Local home and condo owners donate their lodgings to host soldiers and their immediate families for a well-deserved week of rest and relaxation. Oldcastle’s Chris Ross, who serves on the organizations board of directors, and Anchor South VP & GM Sam Bond helped facilitate the company’s involvement. “We were especially proud to give something back to these veterans and their families after what they have sacrificed in the services of our country,” said Bond. “It was an amazing week to see the happiness and joy this trip brought to these families.”
